Solidified AI, LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Utah, located at 725 Redden Road, Park City, UT 84098. 2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact & business details you submit through our forms — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, location, role, and number of locations.
• Payment information when you purchase a plan or offer. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Communications you send us, including emails, messages, and the content and recordings of calls you place to our demo or support lines.
• Promotion entries and any information required to administer a giveaway or sweepstakes.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance (see Section 6).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from our service providers (for example, form and CRM tools, payment processors, and analytics providers) in connection with the Services.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• Process transactions, subscriptions, and billing;
• Build, configure, and run the AI systems you request;
• Administer promotions, giveaways, and sweepstakes;

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), form and CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HighLevel / LeadConnector), telephony and messaging providers, hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel), and analytics.
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.
• Legal & safety disclosures when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Solidified AI, our users, or others.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• With your direction or consent.

5. Text messages & calls (SMS/telephone)

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by call or text message (SMS) about your inquiry, your account, our offers, and related information. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. Calls to our demo line may be recorded for quality and training.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your settings, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live — including under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and other U.S. state privacy laws — you may have the right to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” of personal information (which we do not do for money). To exercise a right, email admin@solidifiedai.com. We will verify and respond as required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites and tools (for example, Stripe checkout or embedded forms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
